International Students Love Montreal

Montreal is frequently at (or near) the top of worldwide lists for “best city for students”. This is largely due to the affordable rent and vibrant nightlife that students enjoy. Currently, there are more than 32,000 international students at universities and colleges in the Montreal area, so there’s a great chance that you’ll meet peer students from your country of origin. You definitely won’t be the only international student looking for a place to live, study and relax during your stay in Montreal. We’ve hosted many students before and we know that location, safety and ease of transportation is important to students.

Fully Furnished Units in Montreal

International students are often looking for a fully furnished unit to live in. You probably aren’t really interested in shopping/assembling for furniture, finding an internet service provider, and getting electric bills set up. Just finding a nice place to live in a decent location is time consuming enough. It would be much easier if everything was included in one price…And that’s what we can do for you.

Montreal Universities, Colleges and Diplomas

International students in particular are usually interested in a place reasonably close to McGill University, Concordia University or UQAM. All of these universities are in downtown Montreal. Universiy of Montreal is the only university that is not located downtown.

Québec diplomas or an Attestation of Collegial Studies recognized by the Ministère de l’Éducation, de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche (MEESR), are available from not just universities, but also colleges such as Dawson College, Lasalle College and more. Very often this is a stepping stone before applying for a permanent residence status to the Government of Canada.
