Finding a Long Term Tenant
This is a simple service centered around finding a qualified tenant for you. There is NO property management and that’s how we can keep the costs low for you, since you will manage the tenant as the landlord. Sometimes all you need is a helping hand to find a tenant as soon as possible, and pay a simple finder’s fee (a half month’s rent), but only if we are able to find someone for you.
- Pro-actively market and advertise your property, and give your property the attention it deserves and be seen by the widest possible audience, online and offline
- Communicate, filter and help with property showings (we all know that driving across town, only to only end up with a no-show is frustrating!)
- Gather, analyze and verify Tenant documents (ie: landlord reference, credit score, employment letter)
- Present qualified Tenant and supporting documents to you the Owner
- Prepare the signing of the lease agreement
- As the Owner you have full decision making power! Zero pressure from us, it’s 100% your responsibility and authority to accept or decline a tenant!
(Optional) Full Service
If you are looking to be hands off, then we can also provide additional services such as the following.
- Rent Collection. We can collect monthly rent for you and deposit it directly to your bank account every month
- Help arrange and manage repairs and handyman to the property
- Coordinate and communicate with you and the tenants to ensure issues will be solved efficiently
- Check-in & Check-out inspections and record deficiencies in the property
