Galleria on the Park, is a master-planned community, which involves a massive redevelopment of the Galleria Mall shopping centre (built in 1972) at 1245 Dupont Street by Elad Canada and Freed Developments. It will combine urban living with a rarely seen massive park, public spaces, lifestyle experiences, retail and office space.
The project’s vision includes a new pedestrian-friendly and bike-friendly residential area with eight new high-rise towers, along with a low-rise shopping mall and parking lot. Incorporating many of the site’s existing buildings and store frontages into its design, it will maximize the use of the real estate.
