With three Cresford projects all in receivership, YSL remains the sole project with an unknown status at this time. If the project ever gets going again or gets purchased by another developer, there will be many condo units for rent, and partnering with our tenant placement service, will get your condo rented sooner rather than later.

I’ve seen enough condos that for whatever reason most simply aren’t well maintained…Maybe it’s old age, maybe it’s tenants that don’t care, or maybe even the owners don’t care either. It still boggles my mind that selling (or renting) a brand new condo on paper for over 700K is literally easier than I can sell my used 2-week old Xbox One video game…but I digress.

YSL Residences Quick Specs

There should be around 1106 new pre-construction condo units for sale. Over 70% of the purposed suites will be studio and one-bedroom units. The remaining space will cater to family sized suites with 2 and 3 bedrooms. The podium will house a mix of office, retail, and amenity space.
